Terms & Conditions
A non refundable reservation fee of £200
is required to reserve the villa for your dates.
The balance of the rental payment plus a £200 bond is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The bond will be refunded following a post leaving inspection by our management company less any amount required to cover any breakages or damage. The full bond will be retained if anyone smokes in the villa to cover the additional cleaning costs.
